Do you offer free shipping / lower shipping rates?
I currently do not offer free shipping as all shipping costs are relative to the weight of the items.
Do you allow/host group orders?
Group orders are welcome and encouraged in order to avoid expensive shipping prices, however, all group orders MUST pay a small service fee to cover the extra costs in packaging. These total service fee will be notified to the host and can be paid as a ‘tip’ at checkout OR through PayPal if discussed beforehand.
While I do not host group orders, those who wish to host one may contact me for assistance or to make the proper arrangements. I will have a sample catalogue prepared for the host, which may be applied to a google form (or similar) to organise the individual orders. I am more than happy to pack the orders for the individual recipients if the individual orders are detailed either in the order notes or through an email from the host.
Where is my package? When will my package arrive?
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so both parties can track the package and its current whereabouts, as well as get an estimated delivery time and date.
Typically, the standard shipping time for international 1-2 months for TRACKED orders. For domestic (Australian) orders, the typical shipping time ranges from 1-5 business days for TRACKED orders.
Orders with tracked shipping can track their order with the tracking number provided in the shipment notification through the AUSPOST website.
If I place more than one order, can they be combined?
Yes, however, the excess shipping fee will not be refunded. Please be wary when placing your orders and ensure that you have come to a final decision to avoid these extra costs.
There are only certain circumstances when I offer to refund extra shipping costs if there is an unforeseeable and/or planned event. To see when these events occur, please keep up to date with my Instagram page.
I changed address / I wrote the wrong address
Please contact me ASAP! If you foresee yourself moving to another address in the next 1-3 months of placing your order, please consider putting down your new address as shipping will take time. Once orders have been shipped, the package is out of my hands and I will be unable to make any further changes.
Similarly, if you wrote the wrong address, please let me know ASAP so I may make the necessary changes. To avoid this, please double-check your order details before payment. If you notice that there are errors in your address after the order has been shipped, I will be unable to make any changes. In some cases, the package will be rerouted back to me and I will then contact you, HOWEVER, shipping rates must be paid again if you wish for the package to be reshipped.
Please note that these types of errors are NOT subject to refunds/reshipment!
